So to attract the world’s most ambitious candidates to Merck, and boost the company’s position globally as a forward-looking employer, we launched Work Your Magic – a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to rejuvenate the company's hiring and HR activity.

The magic usually happens when we have the time and space to really focus on our work. The campaign’s visual concept captures this special moment, presenting colleagues in the zone, and from an unexpected perspective – their work!

As the company’s first truly global Employer Value Proposition, Work Your Magic is Merck’s aspirational response to the personal research ambitions of employees and new talents alike. It inspires science and tech professionals to solve global challenges with novel ideas in healthcare, life science, and electronics.
